Our drills have carried out drilling programs on floating platforms. on lakes, rivers and Oceans. As shallow as 1/2 a metre to water depths of over 40 metres with 100% sample recovery.
Our light weight rigs can traverse over soft ground on salt-lakes and trailing dams. We can supply rigs suitable for helicopter transport for those long distance site moves.
Our drills range from 600kg to 2.7 tonne with a drill area of under 15 m2.
Our drill rigs use biodegradable hydraulic oil with lanolin based lubricants on rod joints and sampler threads to reduce the risk of cross contamination off samples.
In most cases on fluids are introduced in the drilling process so what is down the hole is what comes out of it.
